How it started
Starting June 2022, with a little encouragement from the management team we started conducting knowledge sharing sessions within the design team. Given my penchant for integrating sustainable practices into my design, I decided to share my thoughts and experiences with sustainable practices in design for digital designers.

The Session
The essence of the session revolved around the concept of inclusivity. Just as we consider different individuals and groups when discussing inclusivity, it's imperative to extend this mindset to the planet we call home. After all, if we can prioritise the inclusion of diverse people, why not extend that consideration to include the planet we all share?

The Handbook
The Handbook
Post this session a bunch of like-minded people got together and worked on creating a handbook on digital sustainable practices a designer can follow.
Giving our designers the freedom and support they need to lead the way in creating sustainable experiences while juggling the need to continue doing regular work against the urgency in handling climate change.
It's essential to arm ourselves with the resources we need to serve our clients while keeping the environment a top priority, as stricter rules being rolled out globally.

This enthusiastic reception laid the groundwork for the development of a micro-offering centered around digital sustainability.
At this moment, the micro-offering is in the process of being meticulously crafted and refined.
